God gave Rock n' Roll to you, but the "Prof" gave you Rayne.

In 1997 using methods and technology known only to himself, Dr Rayne the enigmatic     professor of archaeology had uncovered the remnants of the prehistoric anthropoid "Ross McVie". Thought by many to have disappeared up his own backside many moons ago.

The Prof, with the help of three young assistants - Guitarist Steve ‘Baby Face’ Moffat, Drummer - Mark ‘ The Laddie’ Brae ( a descendant or the Fokintall Tribe ) and finally, the originator of chilled out , Mr Cool aka Chris Stenhouse on Bass. With these energetic younglings the "Prof" breathed life into his Jurassic discovery and found that the dinosaur lives! he then released his experiment on the rest of us, starting with the "Pentland Files Tour".
